Rufus 3 is a 60ft traditional style narrowboat built in 1992 by Jonathan Wilson, the original steel spec is 10/6/4 with 15mm Uxter plates. Hull survey from 2015, 2019 and more recently in Feb 2024 show that good retention of plate material thickness. Last out of the water, blacked and new anodes in 2024. Engine: Rufus is powered by a Beta Tug Enigne housed in its own walk through engine room with side doors on either side for ventilation.
